As an Accredited Exercise Scientist, my dream has always been to help people achieve their health and fitness goals!
Whether it was to get bigger and stronger, lose extra weight, rehabilitate an injury or even sport specific training. Exercise will always be an integral part of that journey.
I struggled with injuries and performance related issues as a child. Playing multiple contact sports per week, training every day of the week (sometimes 2 sessions in the same afternoon) and not having or understanding the approach to loading the body properly. Along with all the training and games, I was underweight and not strong enough. Therefore, my performance was suffering.
This drove my passion for helping people develop better training habits. I want everyone to have the chance to rehabilitate nagging injuries, improve their body composition to feel better about themselves and bulletproof themselves for the future!
