Having your training on-point is one thing, but nutrition is 80% of the battle. So how can I help?

  • I determine the amount of calories your body needs per day to sustain your current daily activities.

  • I adjust these calories fortnightly, based around your training goals.

  • You DON’T have to give up the foods you love.

  • Menu and Recipe options will be provided to help make the transition as easy as possible
